Life comes with stress, there's no way around it. By definition, college students seem to always have more time commitments than they can keep up with. So, how do you take care of yourself in light of everything you want and have to do?

Let us show you the keys to managing stress and enjoying yourself in the midst of your busy schedule. In this practical and enjoyable Training, you will learn to prevent stress from becoming distress by:

  • Recognizing how stress affects you, learn from it and let it go
  • Doing what you have to do without being overwhelmed
  • Prioritizing, balancing and staying on top of your commitments
  • Creating a strong support system for yourself
  • Learning "quick fix" activities and self-talk techniques that bring you back to center when you do get overwhelmed
