Conflict is inevitable. Sometimes the disagreements are just under the surface; at other times fighting erupts out into the open. Either way, when conflict isn’t dealt with, it usually becomes destructive.
This training helps participants understand the why’s and how’s of conflict. Our expert conflict negotiators can show you how to recognize the things that trigger conflict and what to do about them. You will learn how to stop disagreements from escalating and how to move you or your group past the tension toward better understanding and stronger relationships. This active and interactive training will help you and your group:
- Understand what ignites disagreements and how to avoid them
- Find your way to stay cool under fire
- Practice conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Learn how to get unstuck and move toward win-win solutions
- Resolve disagreements and differences more comfortably and easily
